How it Works

5 Easy steps:

  1. Customer buys a new appliance.(we do not supply appliances)
  2. Books and pay for the job online for the required installation service.
  3. A copy of the installation invoice is sent via email to the client. This outlines the scope of works and where approiate the costs of any possible extras which can be paid on the day.
  4. An Octopuss approved installer contacts the customer directly to arrange a suitable time to install there new appliance.
  5. Any additional works not paid for on booking, can be paid directly to the installer on day of installation.
